Could The Smell Of Paint Be The Cause For Miscarriage At 9 Weeks?

Hi, I just found out at my 12 week scan my baby died at week 9. At week 9 i was doing a job at a fire extinguisher making company. I smelt paint (paint go over the fire extinguisher) for a week and one day. would this be the cause of my little one's passed away? thanks.
