Could The Swelling In Lymph Node And Tonsils Be Due To Next Choice Pill?

hello.. i took next choice morning after pill on 2-14-11 and i had a fever and chills that night..i figured it was apart oaf the side effects but now my tonsils are a tad swollen and my right lymph node, in my neck, is swolen as well starting 3-25..but i woke up this morning and now my left lymphnode is starting to swell.. i've been taking vitamin c but i'm just concerned if it's a side effect or some kind of virus? i dont have insurance and i can't afford to get some weird illness..hopefully it's juat side effects? thank you.
