Could The Tender Spot On Head Be The Cause Of Headaches?

ok im 15 and have a spot on my head and it feels like a soft spot on the very top of my head and it is very sensitive and if i touch it... it hurts and feels like it is pushing bad pressure and makes me feel like i will black out and it als0 gives me headaches and i want to know whats going on its ben there for a while and i really just now saw it was a problem...
