Could The Use Of Daflon And Anasol During Early Pregnancy Affect Fetal Development, Considering The Lack Of Fetal Pole Detection After Three Ultrasounds?

My wife took Daflon 500 in d first week of her pregnancy when she was yet to know that she had conceived along side with Anasol because she was having hemorrhoids and whitish vag discharge.... now she is 8 weeks plus pregnant and we are yet to see fetal pole after three ultrasounds... what should we think
