Could There Be A Relationship Between Receiving A Flu Shot

Could there be a relationship between receiving a flu shot and experiencing total hearing loss in one ear and vertigo two days later. The symptoms have not abated after seven weeks. CT scan, MRI, EKG and blood work all normal. Audiology tests confirmed hearing loss. Tried anti-viral and anti-vertigo meds. nothing has helped.
