Could There Be Any Harm If Letrozole Is Stopped For Few Days?

I have been taking Letrozole 2.5 mg per day for 4 years and 7months, and forgot to repeat prescription before christmas, as I have run out on a bank holiday followed by a weekend, will it do me any harm not to take them for 4 days? If it is a problem,how should I get a prescription before my G.P is open on Monday?
