Could There Be Regrowth Of Hair After Severe Hair Fall?

gd mng dr...this is roshan here..i am 26....i had very very thick hair....but from last 1 year i'v noticed that my hair is thinning and lot of hairfall..i oil my head fully weekly once and use dove shampoo.....please can u help me out....what are the chances that my hair regrows or i get my normal thick texture back...thanku for this facility..... i am sure i'll get proper guidelines and solution...
