Could There Be Regrowth Of Inflammatory Polyp In Uterus?

i have removed polyp from uterus just 4 days back and it is diagnosed that my cervical poly is an inflammatory polyp. the cervix shows changesof chronic cervitis. The endometrium shows simple hyperplasia.No evidence of malignancy. it is necessary to remove uterus and can poly can grow again.
