Could There Be Weight Gain In Women Post Tubal Ligation?

I was reading a number of reports online and saw that women are gaining a significant amount of weight after having this procedure and I am having this and a tubal in the near future. I have an organic, gluten-free diet will this increase my chances of gaining the 45 lbs I ve lost back or will it slow down my progress? I ve been loosing an average of 10-12 lbs a month.
