Could Thyroid Issues Be Causing Throat Pain, Eustachian Tube Dysfunction, Neck Pain, Fatigue, Headaches, And Swollen Lymph Nodes?

Hello I have been having throat pain, eustaisian tube dysfunction, neck pain, fatigue head aches and pain behind my eyes on and off for months now. I saw an ENT and he just said I had allergies and prescribed nasal spray. But this pain won t go away and I just noticed I also have swollen lymph nodes. Is it possible that thyroid issues could cause these problems?
