Could Tightness In Chest Radiating To Shoulder Blade Be The Symptom Of Heart Attack?

I have a confirmed RBBB and LAFB and diastolic dysfunction, PFO and atrial septum aneurysm via transththoracic echocardiogram post recovered Peripartum cardiomyopathy. My pulse is high, and I have tightness in my chest radiating to my shoulder blades. I m only 33 years old with an EF of 60-65. Could I be having a heart attack? I don t have money to pay. Thanks for nothing.
