Could Tightness In Upper Abdomen And Fatigue Be Due Hypothermic Episode?

I may have suffered some mild frostbite and hypothermia last night. Today I feel Nauseous, fatigued, and have a very mild tightness/queasiness in my upper abdomen/chest. Best described as similar to nervous knots in stomach. Is this related to the hypothermic episode or just a coincidence?
