Could Tiny, Reddish, Ticklish Pimples Inside My Penis Glands, Which Appeared After Protected Sex, Indicate An Issue?

Inside my penis glands i have some tiny small pimples but they are tiny reddish and are ticklish , i get to scratch but i dont feel any pain what so ever. They are just ticklish. I t seems i had then after having sexual intercourse tho i had protection but i think days after that when i had them.
