Could Tiredness And Headache Be Due To Amlodipine And Ramipril?

I am currently taking 10mg amlodipine, 10mg ramipril and 2.5 bisaprolol daily for high blood pressure my recent blood pressure was 210/110 after starting the amlodipine it is now 190/90. I feel really tired, head ache and just not myself is it the combination of the medication, I had a heart attack 3 years ago and have 23 stents.
