Could Tongue Flap Be Done After Rhinoplasty?

i got operated 2times at early age for palate n lip revision bt there small hole exist in palate.i want to go for rhinoplasty first n i dont think that tongue flap is required bcoz m wearing an oputurature nand m comfortable with it.but than also if i go for topngue flap can it can b done after rhinoplasty? pls guide
