Could Traveling On Rough, Bumpy Roads Cause Cramps, Pink Discharge, Or Affect Implantation While Trying To Conceive?

Yesterday when I traveled hilly and bumpy area which shakes my body.. I had a cramp in lower abdomen and had backache this doesn’t happened before and started bloating for which I am thinking I might have started implantation or something… and once I reached home & took rest I saw pink discharge. Will the travel on rough hilly and bumpy which need to cross river affect the implantation? I am worried. I am first time trying normal conceive
