Could Tubal Pregnancy Cause Dark Grey Discharge?

My sister was telling me that yesterday she had a brown disscharge which she knows is nothing seriouse..But Today she had a dark grey disscharge no pain today or odor no itching.. But she was having stomich pains yesterday.. Her boyfriend said that his ex had that when she was pregnant with a tubal pregnancy.. Do you think this could be the case?
