Could Tuberculosis Spondylitis Be A Contagious Disease?

I(male) was a patient of tuberculous spondylitis (bone TB) when I was 14 . I took medication & completed that 2 years medication course . Now I am fit & fine . It was about 8 years ago . Now I have few questions regarding this disease : 1. As I am now fit & fine Can I donate blood ? 2. Is there any possibility to affect me again in future ? 3. Though I am completely feeling fine now but in future Is there any possibility for my wife or children to get infected by this disease because of me.
