Could Tubes Falling Be Causing Hearing Loss, Clogging, Pain, Jaw Lymph Nodes?

I am 33 years old and have had tubes put in my ears three different times since I was 29. My last set of tubes fell out and now my ear is plugged again, to the point of almost no hearing, and lots of pain. I have severe pain behind my eyes and also in my other ear, and now my lymph nodes on my jaw opposite from the side I have ear clogged and pain in are enlarged. I have an appt with the ENT on Monday, but just wondering if you think this is all connected? Is it normal for the eyes to hurt this bad?
