Could Twitching Of The Eye Be Related To Tinnitus?

I've been seeing an ENT for sudden hearing loss bilaterally (but not at the same time), tinnitus and ear fullness. Now my left eye twitches a lot. The left ear is the ear I exhibit the most symptoms from. Could the twitching be related to what I am experiencing?
