Could Uncontrollable Head Movements Be Due To Hydrocodone?

my fiancee has uncontrollable head movements......She is slowly shaking her head back and forth, she broke her foot 2 weeks ago and has been prescribed hydrocodon. this is the first time she has had this sort of reaction,,,,,is this a side-effect of the medicine or something else?
