Could Upset, Painful Stomach Indicate Stomach Bug?

I have had an upset stomach for 2 days now. With pains that keep getting worse and better. They are on the right side of my bowel and my stomach won't stop churning. Is this just a bug? It's agony at times and moving my legs or touching the area really hurts
