Could Using Taro-mometasone Cream On Red Spots On The Head Of My Penis Have Worsened The Condition?

Hello! I used taro-mometasome cream to treat a few red spots on my penis head (not sure how I got it but I was away for a few days and forgot to pack some underwear so I just used the same underwear for 2 days and having sensitive skin it got slightly infected but just the head) so I decided to use the cream to help heal it and the red spots got a whole lot worst. I used the cream to treat psoriasis on my elbows and thought it would be fine. But I was so wrong and now I have a large red patch on the head of the penis. I should have just let it alone to heal naturally.
