Could Using Expired Condom Cause UTI?

Hi there I am a 23yr old female sexually active. I had protected sex with my boyfriend and discovered the condom is expired. For about a month now I ve been going to the toilet a lot to pass urine and it doesn t feel normal as its way more often than I usually go toilet and now everytime I pass urine I feel as if there s still more to come out. Sometimes I urgent need to go toilet only to find out it s only a few drops. Could the expired condom have given me an infection?? I ve never had this problem before
