Could Vaginal And Thigh Itching, Along With Skin Irritation, Be Related To My Diabetes Or Metadoz Intake?

I am having itching around vaginal entrance since few days 3/4 days. At thigh joint some times the skin is getting thicker with itching. When I applied coconut oil or soframycin ointment at the thigh joint it got subsided. But vaginal itching is making me feel uncomfortable and sensitive. I am diabetic and using one gram metadoz tab twice daily. My hbaic level is 9.5 a month back. I am 65 years old woman. No discharge is coming from vagina. Little redness due to scratching is making the skin around ruptured and it is burning when I try to wash the area with normal water. My skun in general show allergy if I change even a soap or use bindi stickers etc. Kindly advice
