Could Vaginal Bleeding After Periods Indicate Implantation?

3 days after my period, I had protected sex, but the condom broke and my partner came inside of me. 5 hours later I took Plan B One Step. Now, a week later, I went to the bathroom and wiped myself and there was a little blood, three weeks earlier than my period is supposed to come. Does this mean the blood is from implantation?
