Could Vaginal Discharge And Blood In Urine Be Due To Hair Removal Cream?

I used Nair about 2 weeks ago and got it really close and possibly in my urethra. I have now been having blood in my urine. My first pee of the day is really dark like brownish red and gets lighter throughout the day. I have no symptoms of a UTI. I do have some vaginal discharge..yellowish colored. The only other thing that happened right before this is I was constipated and drank a magnesium citrate..the whole bottle. About 3 days later this started. My cycle is also late but not pregnant. I am confused
