Could Vaginal Discharge Of Blood Clots Be Normal While On Mirena Coil?

Hi, I had a mirena fitted when I went in for a laparoscopy this was due to irregular periods and abdominal pain and ample of water infections, I was unsure whether I was aloud the mirena fitted as I had cin 3 2 years ago and had letz treatment but anyway the doctors fitted it when stated as above, since having the miren a 4 weeks ago I ve had a water infection that won t shift and although I m not bleeding and haven t been since the procedure I am losing blood clots..is this normal?
