Could Vaginal Discharge Of Red Clots Indicate Miscarriage?

Hi I got a faint positive test , day after missed period pink/reddish thick discharge, over the night I wore a pad with a light to med flow and today it's still light to med flow however when I used thd restroom I saw very dark red clots. Am I having a miscarry?
