Could Vaginal Spotting In The Mid Of Menstruation Cycle Be Due To Implantation?

Hi we are trying to get pregnant. I am taking duphaston, because i dont have good regular menstrual cycle. I have spots of blood and brownish discharge. Lmp was feb 2, and day 14-24 was taking duphaston. I am not sure i am pregnant. Could this be implantation or miscarriage possible?
