Could Vaginal Spotting While On Nexplanon Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, i ve had the nexplanon implant in for about a year or two im due it out next year and had really light periods but i ve just had a period and it was basically just womb lining there was no bleeding unless i was wiping down there and im just wondering as my partner and i had sex a couple of weeks ago for the first time in a while is it possible im pregnant?
