Could Vaginal Thrush And Rashes On Buttocks Be The Symptoms Of Genital Herpes?

I m scared I have genital herpes. In January I had a mild thrush which went away with the use of natural yogurt. At the beginning of February I had unprotected sex (stupid, I know) with the guy i was dating after he tested negative for any STDs. I then found out one of my friends was diagnosed with hsv 2 and that during std checks they don t check for the herpes virus unless you show symptoms. About a month after the intercourse I noticed thrush like symptoms returning however there is also a rash on my two buttocks (I wear thongs though so its possible its irritation from the clothes that I ve noticed now due to extreme panic!) I have no visible blisters, warts or spots and no flu like symptoms.
