Could Vertigo Along With Headache Be Due To Traction Of Neck?

HI, I am a 62 year old female with a profound bilateral sensorineural hearing loss since birth. I use hearing aids and speak and hear well despite. The last two months I ve had PT on my neck due to stiffness and residual problems from a right rotator cuff surgery three years ago. This week, when I had traction of 13 pounds, later that day my neck felt unusually uncomfortable. I reported it to the PT person, was instructed to alternatively heat and ice. The next day (today) I felt fine. This afternoon I experienced vertigo and a drop of hearing in my left ear. I also have a mild headache about my left eye. Vertigo occurs when I look up to the ceiling. What should I do? Was this caused by the traction to my neck? I cannot afford to lose more hearing!
