Could Vitamin Therapy With Biotin Affect Stomach And Esophagus?

I am sore in my upper stomach and chest. Bra feels to tight..Feels like I have been punched in my upper tummy and almost like if is as if food has not gone completely dowm. Taking new vitamin therapy with 5000 mcg of biotin , could that effect my tummy and esophagus. Just the vibration from walking makes it hurt.
