Could Vomiting After Eating Or Drinking Indicate Sign Of Hiatal Hernia?

Had barium x-rays of esophagus at VA - no diagnosis yet. Could this be hiatal hernia? Symptoms are vomiting after eating and drinking, but not every time, but most times. Am going to have an endoscopy when it can be scheduled. Have been waiting a month and feel lousy. I am an overweight male aged 62.
