Could Vomiting After Taking Primolut N Be A Side Effect, And Should I Continue The Medication Despite This?

Hi doctor , I have missed my periods about 1 months ago and tested negative in blood test for pregnancy.. I had been taking primolut n since day before yesterday evening .... I had been vomiting since morning ... feeling some gas issues so I took eno after vomiting second time .. after that I had my lunch and took the primolut tablet it has been just 45 min and vomited again... is it the side effect of the medication? Why is this happening and how can I resolve?? Should i continue the medicine??
