Could Vomiting Of Foamy Liquid Along With Profuse Sweating Be Due To Mucinex?

I am a dean of students for a high school and I have a student that is abusing Mucinex. I called the ambulance and just had him transported. He claims he had not eaten for two days and was vomiting white foamy liquid - no solid food. He was sweating profusely and his skin was clammy and very ash-like. What are the dangers as I believe other students are also using this to get high?
