Could Waking Up With An Onion Taste In My Mouth And Feeling Constantly Tired Be Related To My Fatty Liver?

Hi ive recently been diagnosed with fatty liver. Im a 62 year old female who drinks alcohol socialy at weekends. Or you could say 1 bottle of wine a week. Recently im also waking up with an onion taste in my mouth, isthis linked or unrelated. Im also very tired all the time.
