Could Watery Blisters On Her Back And Thigh Indicate Herpes?

My nine year old daughter got some watery blisters on her back and thigh doctor have diagnosed it as herpes and prescribed medicine for seven days , but search in the net tells that in herpes the blisters are around mouth and genitals so can it be herpes for my daughter?
