Could Weight Loss And Fatigue Be Due To Mild Hepatomegaly?

Hi, i had unexplained weight loss around 7% over last 4-5 months, with some fatigue. Recent reports HbA1C is 6.3, though blood sugar and all other blood profiles are normal. Chest X-ray shows - prominent bronchovascular markings. Ultrasound abdomen shows slightly mild hepatomegaly 18cm. I have no other symptoms. Please provide diagnosis. Thanks.
