Could Weight Loss Be Due To Welbutrin?

Hello, my name is Marie O Neal and I recently was prescribed to take Welbutrin and it made me lose weight drastically I am only 5 0 and my previous weight was 149 and by taking the Welbutrin it caused me to lose 35 pounds how is that possible from taking Welbutrin? I recently gained all the weight back now that I am on a different medication is it possible that I can ask my doctor to prescribe for me to take welbutrin to lose the excess weight I ve recently gained??
