Could White, Flaky Patch Of Dry Skin On Leg Be Eczema?

I have a white flaky patch Of dry skin on the front and back of my leg in the same spot. It's been there for about 6 months and won't go away with any lotions or topical treatments. It's about the size of a nickel. It doesn't itch and isn't red it's just dry and flaky. Could this be eczema or some sort of std reaction. I'm kinda scared. Please help
