Could White Line Seen On Lungs Be Due To Smoking?

Just now i finished my examination and im got shocked when he asked me if i have tb before? I told him no! As per i saw there is white line on the right side of my lungs. I just want to ask if there is any cure for that and what should i do? I smoke a lot and in afraid to loose everything to me because of this medical report please help me what should i do?
