Could White Spots On The X Ray Of Lungs Be A Matter Of Concern?

Yesterday I had my chest X ray when i went to Doctor for breathe related problems. Doctor told me to inhale and exhale forcefully then heard my lung function through stethoscope. Then he said mild wheezing is there but however he told to me take X ray and Blood test done. After obtaining the report he said mild lung congestion is there nothing other than that and also he recommended me to go for spirometry test after 3 days. He prescribed me some medicines like Neoterb, Tab gupisone and Esvin 20 Mg. When i went through the x ray today morning i could find 2 (5 to 8mm) small white spots in both of my lungs. I am really worried. But doctor didnt told me anything about it.
