Could White Vaginal Discharge Be Normal Post Medical Abortion?

Hi I had a medical abortion 5days ago I was 8 wks gone I bleed for 3 days on the day I took the 2nd tablets I passed about 8 /9 big cloths and bleed a lot I have stopped bleeding now but have a white discharge Is this normal and to bleed so little I have a bloated stomach and just want to know was it successful.
