Could Worsening Right Abdominal Pain, Pressure, Vaginal Sensitivity, And Nausea At 27 Weeks Pregnant Indicate Early Labor?

Good day I would like to ask with regards to a pregnancy. I am 27 weeks and & 5days pregnant and have been experiencing heavy pain on the right hand side of my abdomen. I went to the hospital on Friday and they said that it is a urinary tract infection and gave me antibiotics to treat it as well as pain killers. However, the pain has worsened and it s now more intense as it comes and goes. It s 5-6 minutes apart and no longer feels like a pulling pain but rather like pressure, as if the baby wants to come down. My vagina feels extremely sensitive so does my right abdomen. I am starting to feel nauseous as well. Could this be that I might be going into early labour? Your assistance would be greatly helpful as to what my next step would be.
