Could Yellow Bruise At The Incision Site Be Due To Blood Clot?

I had gall bladder surgery 3 weeks ago and miscarried 2 weeks ago (7 weeks pregnant) i just found a bruise about three inches below and to the left of my belly button. Its no where near the incisions but its a purple yellow colour. Doesn t hurt to touch. Could it be a blood clot?
