Could Yellow Coloured Stools Be A Matter Of Concern?

I have been pooping yellow for the past two years and can t recall the last time it was actually ever brown. I can also see food particle somewhat but mostly it is smooth. I did drink a lot in college and noticed it happening over time and have since quite drinking but still my poop is yellow. Should I be concerned?
