Could Yellowish Discharge From Breast With Lesions Below The Nipple Indicate Cancer?

I am 45 years old with no history of breast cancer in my family. I just had a mammogram last week and upon taking pictures, there was a yellowish discharge from my right breast. I received call from my doctor today stating that they saw two lesions just below my nipple. Could this discharge and/or lesion spots be cancerous?
