Could You Please Clarify What My MRI States: Decrease In

Could you please clarify what my MRI states: Decrease in disc space height. Disc osteophyte complex eccentric to right intenting to the ventral thecal sac. Right greater than left facet and unconvertebral joint arthropathy. Moderate right-sided and mild left-sided neural foraminal stenosis. Mild to moderate spinal stenosis. I have some understanding, but not all. Your help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
